CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE & BIDDING

Agentic Content Optimization

Our media optimization solution empowers marketers to continuously monitor their performance and uncover high-value opportunities in real time.

What it is made of

Performance Scanner

Checks every live campaign against a list of known failure modes and returns each check as passed, failed or not applicable, with the reason attached.

Segment Registry

Holds the audiences built from your own customer records, and dispatches each one to the channels it is cleared to run on.

Experiment Runner

Builds a test with a group that sees the campaign and a group that does not, holds both for the same window, and reads the difference between them.

Creative Ledger

Tracks every asset in flight against the audience it runs to, and stands one down for the next variant when its response falls away.

Allocation Gate

Moves budget and bids only when a measured result stands behind the move, and records which result authorised it.

How it works

How it works

Agentic Content Optimization scans the campaigns you are already running, replaces creative when its response falls away, and moves budget between channels only when a test has shown the move is worth making.

A marketing team ends most quarters holding two numbers that will not reconcile: what each channel reports it delivered, and what the business actually sold. Last-click attribution gives the sale to whichever advert the buyer touched last, so the channel that closed a decision already made collects the credit and the channel that started it reads as waste. Budget moves toward the wrong one, and next quarter it moves again for the same reason.

The scanner watches the campaigns you are already running rather than waiting for the review at the end of the month. It tests each live campaign against a list of known failure modes — a budget capped below what its audience can absorb, a schedule bidding hardest in the hours that convert worst, a keyword drawing impressions it never converts — and returns each check as passed, failed or not applicable with the reason attached. What it produces is a queue of specific things to change, not a dashboard to interpret.

Creative decays on its own schedule, and it decays against an audience rather than against a calendar. The creative ledger records every asset in flight, the audience it runs to and how long it has been running, and it watches response rather than elapsed time. When an asset stops earning the response it was put in for, the ledger stands it down and moves the next variant into rotation, so a tired advert is replaced when it tires rather than at the next quarterly refresh.

Measurement is the part that changes the argument. Rather than reading a platform’s account of its own contribution, the experiment runner builds a test: it splits comparable markets or comparable audiences into a group that sees the campaign and a group that does not, holds both for the same window, and reads the gap between them. That gap is what the spend caused, and a channel that only ever appeared last in the path now has to earn its budget against a group that never saw it. Because the comparison runs between groups rather than between individuals, it survives the loss of the third-party identifiers that broke click-path attribution in the first place.

Results feed the allocation gate, which is where bids and budgets actually move. Nothing moves because someone argued for it: a shift between channels carries the test that authorised it, and the gate records which result stood behind it, so a reallocation you find in next month’s report can be traced back to the measurement that caused it. The return each channel is credited with then rests on a group that never saw it, rather than on a model that handed it the sale. The loop closes there — the scanner reads the new state, and the next test is designed against it.

You do not have to take all five. A team that wants the scanner adopts the scanner and keeps the buying process it already has, and the experiment runner and the allocation gate arrive when a decision comes up that the current measurement cannot settle.

Engagement shape

How this one starts

Content Optimization starts as a scoped engagement, not a licence. We agree which channels go in first, which decision your current measurement cannot settle, and what a test would have to show to settle it. The pod runs that first test against your own spend, hands over the scanner, the experiment design and the record of what was measured, and your team runs the next one. Scope grows one channel at a time, and the case for the second channel is whatever the first test returned.

Tell us which decision this product would have to improve to be worth running. We will scope the engagement against that, and nothing else.
